1.  Try to avoid Court of Honor at swim party in the future

2.  Award- Michelle to send not to parents to review merit badges recently completed and ask parents to review merit badge offering and consider registering to be merit badge counselors.

3.  October 15 is next Court of Honor to be held at Bridgeview.

4.  SPL to address troop in advance of Court of Honor and address boys will have to sit with parents.

5.  Recharter fee of $33 to be split $25 to family and $8 to be paid by the troop.

6.  Flags- flags have been moved to storage garage, shelving mostly completed. Flyers for next year flag fundraiser to go out on Veterans Day with same rate as this year.

7.  Nathan to get plaque for Jeff Dugan

8.  Tina to buy 2 padlocks and 1 tongue jack lock.

Scoutmaster Update

1.  Calendar approved for 2019 with addition of June junior campout to be local at Illiniwek or similar campground.
